Cleaning up after oneself is one of the important duties performed by a good catering service. It involves cleaning up and tearing down the provided food area.

All dishes, plates, glasses and silverware, chairs and tables, linens must be collected. Cleaning up task also involves packing up left over eatables, thermal containers, serving equipment in order to return to the home location.
